User Persona

This is a way of giving a summary about the person or group of people you are designing a solution for. It creates a good summary of the empathise stage of the design thinking process. It will highlight any more research that needs to be done and will act as a resource to refer back to during the process.

Creating a Learner Persona is something you might like to do at the beginning of each year alongside your learners. Check out these two examples by Pip Cleaves.
