I really believe that getting to know your learners as deeply as possible is what matters the most. It is about forming caring and respectful relationships in order to plan learning experiences which will meet the needs of your learners where they are now.

This is a really nice way for your learners to get to know each other on a deeper level. It is also a good chance for you to learn about the stengths and interests of your learners in order to help plan future learning.
Use this challenge to find out the strengths of your learners. Who can think outside the square? Who shows leadership? Who works well with others? Who has great construction skills? Who is a confident presenter?
