Open up a Google Form from your Google Drive.
Name the form.
Add any information that the teams may need then use the menu on the right to add content.
It is easiest to set up the parameters of your quiz right at the start using the setttings tab.
Turn this button on the make the form a quiz so that you can allocate points:
Set up the rest of your parameters:
Change the default question point value. I made mine 1 point so that I knew I wouldn't leave out giving any points allocations to the questions.
Next, go to the responses tab.
Set up the parameters for people's answers.
Use the add section button to create groups of questions.
Write your question and then select what type of question you want to be. Options are shown here -------->
You can add an image if you wish and you can decide if you want the question to be required or not. For example, in the museum scavenger hunt the only question that was required was the team name. The rest of the challenge was open-ended.
Click on answer key to write in the correct answer and to allocate points to the question.
It is important to note that you need to plan for what people will respond as the points system will mark anything spelt incorrectly as wrong and it is also case sensitive.
