Collect all of your answers together. Here are mine from the Robot Lab example:

Colour Lock: Red, Orange, Yellow

- Open up a blank Google Form and give it a title.

Select the SHORT ANSWER option for the question type.
Write in the name of the lock.
Click on the 3 dots to give you more options:
Choose RESPONSE VALIDATION.
For a TEXT answer choose TEXT.
For a NUMBER answer choose NUMBER.
Add the answer. In this example the answer is NEXTGEN. You can give clues if you wish as the answers will be case sensitive.
I have added the clue (7 letters, all caps)
Where it says 'Custom error text' replace this with what you want to come up if the person gets the answer wrong.
Turn on the 'required' button so that the player has to answer the question correctly.
Repeat this process for all of the questions. Give the players enough information for them to enter the answers correctly.

Click on the SETTINGS tab.
This window opens. Click on the drop-down arrow beside Presentation
Choose Edit.
Write your congratulations message and click SAVE.
